This Privacy Policy and the accompanying Cookies Policy relate to data processing by Dar Al-Handasah Consultants Shair and Partners Holdings Ltd (a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”)) and its affiliates trading under the ‘Dar’ or ‘Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners)’ names (the “Dar Affiliates”).

Dar Al-Handasah Consultants Shair and Partners Holdings Ltd (DIFC) and Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners) (U.K.) Ltd (a company incorporated in England & Wales), together with such other Dar Affiliates to the extent that they are subject to applicable legislation or regulation, are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and are the data controllers for the purposes of this Policy and the Cookie Policy. These firms are together referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

From time to time the Website may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on the Website. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Website.
